WINEMAKING
Pre-fermentation cold maceration (Cold Soak), traditional method with temperature control
Ageing in oak for 12 months, 1/3 new oak.
TASTING NOTE
Garnet color, a gentle aroma of toast, vanilla and cherry. Both fleshy and crispy at the same time, with soft and rounded tannin, a balanced wine with nice hint of wood which can be appreciated right away.
