Return Policy

Delivery Service:


All local orders in Hong Kong will be sent by SF Express.

Supermarket Products : if the net purchase amount is less than HK$280 or HK$700, a HK$98 (Supermarket) delivery charge shall apply.

*Surcharge will be applied for remote area.


Delivery Time: 

Delivery time is around 3-5 business days (Hong Kong Only)


Special Arrangement:

The delivery service will be postponed and will be re-arranged when the gale signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or when we judge that the delivery is unsafe.


*If customers choose to deliver the products by post, customers should be responsible for all postal risks (including delay, damage, loss or theft damage, etc.). We are not responsible for the above matters. Please check the goods immediately after receiving the goods. If there is any error of goods or style, you should reject the post and let the courier company return to our company.


*Unsuccessful delivery order arrangement: The reasons for the unsuccessful delivery may include incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or unclaimed goods. When we receive an unsuccessful delivery order, we will notify the customer by email or phone and re-arrange for the delivery. For re-shipped packages, a handling fee of HK$40 will be charged.

Product Exchange and Refund Policy :
To seek and ensure the quality of products and services, we will review all products before they are dispatched out. Yet, the delivery journey may still lead to exceptional circumstances. In order to provide the best guarantee to consumers, all products purchased from our company are available "7 Days Product Exchange Guarantee”.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or just unpacked. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

***Due to COVID-19 and the nature of face masks being worn on the face, we are not accepting any returns on these items whether they are open or unopened***

Please contact us at cs@owlofminervahk.com for a return authorisation and the postage address before sending your parcel. We strongly suggest to send the item with a trusted courier or shipping agent as we will not be covering any damages or losts during transit. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to offer a partial refund for items returned in less than satisfactory condition mentioned above.
